Choose an Essential Package:

• When you land on our homepage, you'll find three different types of essential packages, each with a unique set of items. The price of each package varies based on its contents.

Add to Cart:

• Click on the package you wish to purchase. This will add the package to your shopping cart.
• If you want to continue browsing, feel free to do so. Please notice some of the package can have a perches limit.

Review Your Cart:

• Once you're ready to finalize your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon or "Go to Checkout”. This will take you to the cart page.
• Here, you can adjust the quantity of each package in your cart using the plus and minus signs.

Designate a Recipient:

• To register a recipient for your package, fill in the recipient's first and last name, as well as their email address. If you have multiple packages and wish to use the same recipient information for these, you have the option to either re-enter the name and email, or simply click on the "same as above" option for automatic filling of previously entered information.
• If you want to assign the packages to a different recipient, enter their name and email address separately.
• Note that the order of the packages in the delivery will correspond to the order in which they were added to the shopping cart.

Proceed to Payment:

• Click on the 'Proceed to Payment' button.
• Fill in your personal information and your credit card details.

Confirm and Complete Your Purchase:

• Review all the details, and if everything looks good, click the 'Confirm' button to complete your purchase.

Email Confirmation:

• After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
• The recipient will also get an email notification, informing them that an essential package is available for pickup. This email will include a six-digit code, valid for pickup when presented with a valid ID.

Pickup by Recipient:

• The recipient will need to visit the designated collection point to pick up their package.
